The above totals are calculated in the following manner:
For example if you selected the bronze package for a grade 5 student, you will pay $36 per hour or each lesson being 90 minutes will cost $36 x 1.5= $54.00.

The Bronze package has 10 lessons each of 90 minutes which will cost $54.00 x 10= $540.00. Add 13% HST and the total amount payable is $610.02
Payment
Bronze and Silver package - 100% with registration.
Gold package the payment - 50% with registration & 50% after 60 days.
Platinum Package - 34% with registration, 33% after 60 days and 33% after 120 days.
 
Refund/Cancellation Policy
 
    		• Cancellation before starting - a refund or after deducting the $100 administration fee.
    		• Cancellation after the first lesson - a pro-rata refund and after deducting the $100 administration fee.
    		• Cancellation after 3 or more lessons - no refund at all for Bronze package.
    		• Cancellation after 3 to 50% lessons - a pro-rata refund after deducting the $200 administration fee for Silver, Gold & Platinum packages
    		• Cancellation after 50% or more lessons - no refund at all for Silver, Gold & Platinum packages.
     
    Note: If you are not satisfied with the tutor for any reason, we can assign a new tutor.
     
    Registration
    1. Please fill the form and submit online
    2. Payment can be done in three ways:
      • Send a cheque in favor of "Whizkids" to our location
      • Pay online thru the Paypal secure server in the form
      • For payment with Master Card, Visa and American Express, please contact us

    Note: The tutoring can start 10 business days after we receive the payment. Each session is 1.5 hours.

    • Two or more students get 10% discount.
    • Choose two courses and get 10% discount.
