This workshop puts the power of the positive into your hands. In everyday life you probably don't say many positive things about yourself. For one thing, it's socially taboo. For another, we've often had so much criticism in the past that it's downright scary to appreciate yourself.
This positive thinking workshop is a chance to discover how great it feels to throw off those limitations and take the risk to like and appreciate yourself. If that sounds scary, don't worry, we'll make it safe. This is designed as a feel-good experience.
